Cancellation Policy

The cancellation period:  If a booking is cancelled in writing 14-days prior to the commencement date of the course a full refund will be made upon request.  If a course is cancelled in writing 8-13 days prior to the commencement of the course a 50% refund is available upon request.  If a course is cancelled within 7-days of commencement of the course, then the full cost of the course is forfeited. However, a suitable replacement date may be offered.
